How Fusion Marketing works
At the beginning of the process, we consult our customers and together estimate what fresh produce they need for the coming season.
We then meet with our growers in the field, estimating what volume of each variety should be planted and when. There may also be trial blocks that need analysing, or new releases that need extra marketing, which are taken into consideration. We then maintain constant communication with the growers through the growing cycle and as harvest begins.
During this time, the grower is kept up to date with the current market prices and market trends as they become apparent, to enable them to achieve the best possible return on their investment.
Fusion representatives also maintain constant contact with customers giving them up to date crop information as the season progresses and as weather events unfold. This constant communication flow enables the customers to plan their sales programs and associated advertising and promotions with confidence.
Being a very dynamic industry sector, daily adjustments are taken into account at both production and the customer's side. Orders are received and actioned within minutes and growers are given up to date harvest requirements to ensure only fresh product arrives at our facility for quality inspection and pre-cooling prior to dispatch to our customers.
